What users may not host, upload, run or promote on RamNaym Cloud.

1. Illegal or harmful content

You may not upload, host, link to, promote, distribute or run content or services that are illegal, harmful or abusive.

• Phishing pages, scam pages, fake login pages or credential theft.
• Malware, ransomware, botnets, viruses, worms, spyware or harmful scripts.
• Content that violates copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other rights.
• Content that exposes private personal data without permission.
• Content involving exploitation, abuse or harm of minors.
• Threats, harassment, targeted abuse or content that encourages real-world harm.
• Illegal goods, illegal services or instructions for unlawful activity.
• Websites created mainly to deceive users, payment providers, search engines or security systems.

2. Technical abuse

You may not use RamNaym Cloud to attack, overload, scan, exploit or harm systems, networks, users or third-party services.

• DDoS, stress testing, traffic flooding or resource attacks.
• Port scanning, vulnerability scanning or exploitation against systems you do not own.
• Crypto mining, proxy networks, open relays or traffic resale.
• Spam email, spam bots, fake traffic, click fraud or mass account creation.
• Bypassing platform limits, payment checks, bans, quotas or security controls.
• Running workloads that continuously overload CPU, RAM, disk, bandwidth or build systems.
• Storing or distributing large unrelated files instead of hosting a real project.

3. Bots and automation

• Bots must follow the rules of the platforms they connect to.
• Bots may not spam users, scrape private data, impersonate people or bypass platform limits.
• You are responsible for bot tokens, API keys, commands, messages and behavior.
• We may stop bots that cause abuse reports, overload, legal risk or platform risk.

4. Domains and links

• You must have the right to use any custom domain you connect.
• You may not use domains for impersonation, phishing, brand abuse or misleading activity.
• You may not hide the real purpose of a hosted site with deceptive redirects.
• We may disconnect domains that create legal, security, reputation or payment risk.

5. Fair usage

Plans include limits. Cheap hosting depends on fair usage. Users must not use the platform in a way that harms performance, reliability or availability for others.

• We may limit rebuilds, failed builds, large uploads or repeated deployments.
• We may suspend projects that overload the server or create stability risk.
• We may require upgrade, cleanup or removal if a project is too heavy for its plan.
• Free plans may have stricter limits and may be paused or removed faster.

6. Enforcement

If we believe a project violates this policy or creates risk, we may take action immediately.

• Warn the account owner.
• Suspend, stop, throttle or delete a project.
• Block a domain, subdomain, file, build, bot or account.
• Refuse payment, renewal, deployment or support.
• Preserve limited records for security, legal, payment or abuse handling.
• Report serious abuse to relevant providers or authorities when required or appropriate.

7. Appeals and reports

If you believe your project was restricted by mistake, contact support@ramnaymcloud.com. If you want to report abuse, contact abuse@ramnaymcloud.com with the URL, reason and evidence.
