Terms that protect the platform and explain your responsibilities.
These Terms of Use explain how RamNaym Cloud may be used. By creating an account, uploading a ZIP file, deploying a website, connecting a domain, using a bot, or paying for a plan, you agree to these terms.
1. Acceptance of these Terms
By using RamNaym Cloud, you agree to these Terms of Use and to all linked policies, including the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Acceptable Use Policy and Content Responsibility Policy.
If you do not agree, do not create an account, upload files, deploy a project, or use the service.
2. What RamNaym Cloud provides
RamNaym Cloud is a hosting platform. It helps users upload a project as a ZIP file and publish it online when the project meets our technical and policy requirements.
- Account access and a basic control panel.
- Project upload, file management, build logs and website settings.
- Public links, subdomains and domain-related tools where available.
- Paid hosting plans after payment approval and successful technical checks.
3. Accounts and user information
You must provide correct account information and keep your password safe. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
- You may not share, sell or rent your account.
- You may not create accounts to bypass limits, bans, payments or safety checks.
- You must contact us quickly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
- If you are not legally able to enter an agreement, a parent, guardian or legally responsible adult must approve your use.
4. Hosted sites and user content
All hosted websites, ZIP files, project files, databases, bots, scripts, domains, text, images, code, APIs and other uploaded material are the responsibility of the user who uploads, deploys or controls them.
- You must have the legal right to upload and publish your content.
- You must make sure your site or bot follows the law and these policies.
- You are responsible for your users, customers, visitors, data collection, cookie notices and content shown on your hosted site.
- Hosted content is not reviewed, endorsed or guaranteed by RamNaym Cloud.
5. Payment and hosting guarantee
For paid plans, our responsibility is limited to payment verification and providing the purchased hosting plan when all required conditions are satisfied.
- Payment must be approved and confirmed by the payment provider.
- Your account must be active and not banned or restricted.
- Your project must meet technical requirements and must not violate our policies.
- Your use must stay within the CPU, RAM, disk, build, traffic and fair usage limits of the selected plan.
- We do not guarantee that broken, unsafe, incomplete or incompatible code will build or run.
6. Service limits and availability
We work to keep the platform available, but hosting services can be affected by maintenance, network issues, software bugs, abuse prevention, payment checks, security reviews, third-party providers and force majeure events.
- We may apply plan limits to protect the platform.
- We may pause, throttle, remove or suspend projects that cause risk or overload.
- Free plans may have stricter limits and may be paused, expired or restricted.
- You should keep your own backup of your project and data.
7. Suspension, removal and termination
We may suspend, remove, restrict or terminate any account, project, domain, file, bot or deployment if we believe it creates legal, security, payment, reputation, operational or abuse risk.
- We may act without prior notice when urgent action is needed.
- We may remove content after abuse reports, legal complaints, payment issues or policy violations.
- We may refuse service to users who abuse the platform or try to bypass rules.
- We may preserve limited records where needed for security, billing, legal or abuse handling.
8. Liability limits
To the maximum extent allowed by law, RamNaym Cloud is not responsible for user-hosted content, user code, illegal websites, malware uploaded by users, copyright violations, third-party services, lost profit, lost data, business interruption or damage caused by a customer’s project.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the affected customer for the relevant service period, unless the law requires otherwise.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when the service, legal requirements, payment flow or platform risks change. The updated version will be posted on this page. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
