Hosted content responsibility

The account owner is responsible for every project, site, file, bot and domain they host.

This policy explains the most important rule of RamNaym Cloud: users are responsible for what they upload, publish, run and connect. RamNaym Cloud provides hosting tools; it does not own, approve or guarantee user-hosted content.

1. Main responsibility rule

You host it, you are responsible for it.If a website, app, bot, file, database, API, script, page, image, text, domain or public link is connected to your account, you are responsible for it.

RamNaym Cloud is a technical hosting provider. We do not become the owner, publisher, editor, seller or legal operator of customer-hosted websites simply because they run on our platform.

2. What the account owner is responsible for

  • All ZIP files uploaded from the account.
  • All code, scripts, templates, pages, images, videos, fonts, databases and assets inside the project.
  • All public website content shown to visitors.
  • All bot messages, commands, automations and third-party API activity.
  • All forms, login systems, cookies, analytics, ads and tracking tools used by the hosted project.
  • All custom domains, DNS records, redirects and external links connected to the project.
  • All copyright, licensing, privacy, consumer protection, tax, business and legal duties related to the hosted project.
  • All backups, credentials, API keys, database files, tokens and secrets included in or used by the project.

3. What RamNaym Cloud is not responsible for

To the maximum extent allowed by law, RamNaym Cloud is not responsible for customer-hosted content, customer code, customer business activity, visitor interactions on hosted websites, third-party APIs, external links or data collected by hosted websites.

  • We do not guarantee that a hosted website is legal, safe, accurate, licensed or trustworthy.
  • We do not review every file before it goes online.
  • We do not endorse products, services, claims or content shown on customer sites.
  • We are not responsible for damage caused by the customer’s code, files, plugins, dependencies, settings or secrets.

4. Our right to act

Even though customers are responsible for their content, RamNaym Cloud may act to protect the platform, users, payment systems, infrastructure and legal position.

  • We may remove, suspend or restrict any hosted content that appears unsafe, illegal, abusive or harmful.
  • We may stop deployments that fail technical or security checks.
  • We may block files, domains, builds, bots, accounts or public links.
  • We may ask for proof of rights, identity, payment, ownership or legal permission.
  • We may refuse to host content that creates risk for the platform.

5. Payment and hosting responsibility

RamNaym Cloud accepts responsibility for payment-related service activation only within clear limits.

Payment guarantee limitIf a paid plan is validly approved and the project meets all technical, legal, safety and policy requirements, RamNaym Cloud will provide the purchased hosting service. We do not guarantee successful hosting for projects that are broken, incompatible, illegal, unsafe, over the plan limits, dependent on missing third-party services, or uploaded incorrectly.

If a payment is approved but we cannot provide the paid hosting service because of an issue caused only by RamNaym Cloud, we may provide a reasonable remedy, service correction or account support, unless another policy or law requires a different result.

6. Hosted websites must have their own rules when needed

If your hosted website collects personal data, uses cookies, sells products, accepts payments, offers subscriptions, publishes user content or runs a community, you may need your own legal pages for that hosted website.

  • Privacy Policy for your hosted website.
  • Cookie Policy or cookie banner for your hosted website.
  • Terms for your visitors or customers.
  • Refund, delivery or subscription rules if you sell something.
  • Contact and abuse reporting information where required.

7. Proof and cooperation

If there is a complaint about your hosted content, you may be asked to provide proof that you have the right to host it and that it complies with the law and RamNaym Cloud policies. If you do not cooperate, we may restrict or remove the content.

8. Final rule

No transfer of responsibility

Uploading a project to RamNaym Cloud does not transfer legal responsibility from the account owner to RamNaym Cloud. The person who uploads, deploys, controls or benefits from the hosted project remains responsible for it.
