How we collect and use account, hosting and payment-related data.
This Privacy Policy explains what information RamNaym Cloud collects, why we use it, how long we keep it and how users can contact us about privacy.
1. Information we collect
We collect only the data needed to operate RamNaym Cloud, provide hosting, handle payments, secure the platform and respond to legal or abuse issues.
- Account data: username, email address, password hash and account status.
- Login and security data: session data, IP address, device/browser information, timestamps and security events.
- Hosting data: uploaded ZIP files, project files, generated subdomains, custom domain settings, build logs, app type, plan and deployment status.
- Payment data: selected plan, payment status, payment provider identifiers and subscription identifiers. Full payment card details are handled by the payment provider, not by RamNaym Cloud.
- Support and abuse data: messages you send us, abuse reports, legal notices and our responses.
2. Why we use this data
- To create and manage user accounts.
- To upload, build, host, renew, suspend or remove projects.
- To verify payments and provide paid hosting plans.
- To prevent abuse, spam, malware, phishing, illegal content, payment fraud and security attacks.
- To show build logs, files, domains, plans and project status inside the control panel.
- To comply with legal duties, payment rules, abuse reports and security requirements.
- To improve the reliability and safety of the platform.
3. Hosted content and visitor data
When a user hosts a website, the user is responsible for the data collected by that hosted website. RamNaym Cloud provides the hosting infrastructure, but the website owner controls the content and the way their own site interacts with visitors.
4. When we share data
We may share limited data only when it is needed to operate the service, protect the platform or comply with legal requirements.
- Payment processors, such as PayPal, for payment approval, subscription handling and billing checks.
- Infrastructure, hosting, security and email providers that help operate the platform.
- Legal, accounting or compliance advisers where needed.
- Authorities, rights holders or reporting parties when required by law or necessary to handle abuse, illegal content, payment fraud or security incidents.
- A new owner or operator if the business is transferred, merged or reorganized.
5. How long we keep data
- Account data is kept while the account is active and for a reasonable period after closure where needed for security, billing or legal records.
- Payment and subscription records may be kept as long as needed for accounting, tax, refund, chargeback, dispute and legal purposes.
- Build logs, deployment records and security events may be kept to diagnose issues and prevent abuse.
- Uploaded files may be deleted after account closure, project deletion, failed payment, policy violation, technical cleanup or inactivity.
6. User rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to certain processing of your personal data. You may also ask for a copy of certain information.
To make a request, contact privacy@ramnaymcloud.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on the request.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect accounts, sessions, hosting data and payment-related records. No online service can be perfectly secure, so users must also protect their passwords, code, tokens, API keys and project data.
If your project contains passwords, API keys, private tokens, database files or secret credentials, you are responsible for protecting them and removing anything you do not want exposed.
8. Contact
